EMLA-II-P

The second conceptual plasma railgun design. It uses 240 photoflash capacitors charged to 340 V to create a stored energy level of over a kilojoule. It employs 2 x .460 m steel rails, a grove type Plexiglas casing, and 16 bolt assembly.
